Manual dose calculation
- 150 mgs / kg (max 16.5 grams) over 15 minutes.
- 50 mgs / kg (max 5.5 grams) over 4 hours.
- 100 mgs / kg (max 11 grams) over 16 hours.
Incompatibility
Cefepime and ceftazidime.
